The PSO supports Archway Lincoln and the Great Hearts mission by encouraging parent involvement. building community, volunteerism and developing a close connection between the academy and home.

Here are some of the ways in which the PSO supports Archway Lincoln:

Hot Lunch & Snackbar – 100% volunteer based lunch program. See details here
Library – The library is run entirely by volunteers. Reading to classes, book check-out desk, reshelving and organizing, book procurement as well as the annual Read-a-thon and Book Fairs.
Birthday Book Club – We celebrate all students during their birthday month. See details here
Social Events – Our team organizes favorite school traditions that bring our community together. Including; New Family Breakfast, Back-to-School Event, Literacy Night, Mother/Son Game Night, Grandparent’s Night, Daddy Daughter Dance, and the Yearbook Signing party! Save the dates for 2026-2027 events
Teacher Appreciation – We LOVE our teachers and staff! Our team treats them to monthly luncheons, gifts, and surprises as well as going all-out for Teacher Appreciation Week.
Yearbook – Creates the school yearbook, including photography at school events, classroom celebrations, as well as designing yearbook pages.
Used Uniforms & Books – Provides affordable uniform alternatives through used uniform and book collection, cleaning, and periodic Used Uniform Sales.
Dad’s Club – Dedicated to bringing Lincoln Dads together by assisting with driveline duties, family support, and working in conjunction with our Events and Teacher Appreciation teams to strengthen the entire Archway Lincoln community.
Grandparent’s Club – Bringing experience, wisdom and hearts of service. Grandparents serve as another facet of the community that supports our academy.
Class Liaisons – The link between parents and teachers for the non-academic communication of the classroom. Liaisons communicate on behalf of teachers to support classroom celebrations, supply needs, teacher birthdays, etc.
Passive Revenue Generation – Bolsters school initiatives by generating revenue passively. See details here
Philanthropy Chair – This volunteer role supports the Family Giving and Community Engagement Officer (FGO) in the Community Investment campaign and Tax Credit drive at the academy. See details here
